All Saints Memorial Church is an historic Episcopal church at 674 Westminster Street in Providence, Rhode Island that is the largest Episcopal church building in Rhode Island.

The current church building was designed by architect Edward Tuckerman Potter in a Gothic, Tudor Revival style, and built from 1869-1872. The congregation was founded in 1844. The church building added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
